Recent Storms- Important Numbers

We are receiving some calls about trees down across the roadways. Please let us know if you discover a tree blocking the road and we will alert the proper authorities.

 

As reports of the impending storm come in, this afternoon and evening sound as if we may have several more issues. Please be safe.

Temporary Overflow Parking

Many residents have requested some form of additional, temporary, overflow parking for their guests or weekend needs.

As a result of these requests, the Board of Directors has designated an area for temporary boat trailer overflow parking at the Bittersweet Pool facility, lower parking lot, located on the west side of the pool area.

This temporary parking shall not exceed 72 hours in duration and will cost $10 per day.  All trailers shall be identified via a parking sticker and monitored by the POA Owners’ Services Department.

Homeowners will need to provide Mgmt ID: 4049 and Assoc. ID: POA along with their 10 digit account number. Homeowners have the option to do a one time payment without logging in or creating a log in by click PAY NOW. They can also create a log in for future use.
Your 10 digit account number can be located on your annual bill (see image below), or you can call our office 573-552-8334 and we can provide it over the phone after owner verification.

If the email in our system does not match the one you are trying to use to create an account, you will need to contact our office and correct your email on file in order to log in.
