Pool Heater Maintenance Notice

Please be advised that we are performing our annual pool heater maintenance, including descaling. In order to complete this necessary service, the pool heater will be shut off until approximately 10:00 a.m. tomorrow.

At the time of shutdown, the pool temperature is 84°F. During the maintenance period, you may notice the water temperature gradually decrease until the heater is turned back on.

This routine maintenance is important to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our pool equipment, and we appreciate your understanding as we complete this work.

Bittersweet Pool – Opening scheduled for Friday, May 22 – Closing scheduled Tuesday, September 1

All Opening and Closing dates are weather permitting

Reminder: Assessments Due January 1

2026 Annual Assessment payments are due by January 1st, 2026.
Any accounts that have not been paid by then will be considered delinquent.
These assessments were mailed out to every owner at the end of October 2025.

We have had a lot of returned mail this year and are working quickly to research and send the statements back out with possible correct addresses.

WHETHER YOU RECEIVE YOUR INVOICE OR NOT, THE AMOUNT IS STILL DUE BY JANUARY 1st.

Aquatic Center Indoor Pool Opening

Exciting News – The Wait is Over!
We’re thrilled to announce that the Aquatic Center Indoor Pool will officially open its doors on Saturday, November 2nd, at 10:00 a.m. Join us for the much-anticipated debut and enjoy everything our new indoor facility has to offer!
Hours will be:
Monday through Saturday 10am to 7pm
Sunday 12pm to 7pm

We Love Our Pets, But Lets be Responsible!

The Property Owners Association (POA) Management Office has received many complaints about dogs running loose. Every owner should be able to take a walk without fear of being bitten or intimidated by a loose dog. Unconfined dogs, outside of their owners control, will be subject to a fine and the offending dog may be impounded or possibly euthanized.

If you have a dog, please be considerate of your neighbors by keeping the dog under your control at all times.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding animal restrictions, please call the Management Office at 573-552-8334 or the Owner Services Department at 573-434-0021.

If you observe a dog running loose, please contact Camden County Animal control at 573-346-4440
