PROJECT UPDATES:

Aquatic Center: Expected to be completed early in the upcoming season.

Porto Cima Drive: Temporary repairs will be conducted while additional bids and options are explored.

Regency Cove Sign Replacement: Anticipated to be completed by Memorial Day.

Regency Cove Pickleball Court: Project delay due to concerns regarding the structural integrity of the foundation, resulting in higher than anticipated costs. Site will be filled-in, with final decision on completion forthcoming.

Good Oak Lake: Awaiting engineer review and recommendations for necessary dam repairs.

Swim and Tennis (lower court)– Volleyball Net: Currently gathering quotes for a commercial-grade portable volleyball net to enable the court’s use as a multi-court facility.
