Temporary Overflow Parking
Many residents have requested some form of additional, temporary, overflow parking for their guests or weekend needs.
As a result of these requests, the Board of Directors has designated an area for temporary boat trailer overflow parking at the Bittersweet Pool facility, lower parking lot, located on the west side of the pool area.
This temporary parking shall not exceed 72 hours in duration and will cost $10 per day. All trailers shall be identified via a parking sticker and monitored by the POA Owners’ Services Department.
