PROJECT UPDATES:

May 21, 2024

 

Aquatic Center: Steady progress is being made, with completion expected early in the upcoming season.

 

Porto Cima Drive: Temporary repairs have been made at the entrance off MM and on Porto Cima Drive. Additional bids and options are being explored.

 

Porto Cima entrance fountain: The fountain is being rebuilt and has been cleaned out. The project should be completed by June 10^th, weather permitting.

 

Regency Cove Sign Replacement: This project was anticipated to be completed by Memorial Day weekend. However, weather delays in opening amenities have caused a delay. Framing will be completed by Memorial Day weekend, and the  replacement sign is expected to be completed by June 14^th.

 

Regency Cove Pickleball Court: Grading and compaction has been completed.

 

Good Oak Lake: A new engineer has been identified. He is currently reviewing the history of the lake and will schedule an inspection soon.

 

Grand Point Pool: Rain delays have affected the painting, requiring 72 hours of dry weather for primer and paint application. Railing is expected to be completed by Memorial Day weekend.

 

Swim and Tennis (lower court)– Volleyball Net: Older posts have been repurposed and are being utilized to provide for the addition of a volleyball net on the multi-purpose court. The posts and net are removable so that the tennis court can be utilized when desired.

 

Bittersweet Pool: Will open May 24^th.

Swim & Tennis Pool: Opened on May 17^th.
