SWIMMING POOL UPDATES
We want to keep you informed about the status of our community pools as we kick off the summer
season.

Unfortunately, due to mechanical and equipment issues, the outdoor pool at the Aquatic Center will
not open today as originally scheduled. Management is working closely with the pool construction
contractor and is currently awaiting a response regarding a repair timeline. We will provide
updates as soon as more information is available.

Here’s the current status of our other pools:

• The indoor pool at the Aquatic Center is open.
• The Swim and Tennis pool is open and ready for use. Please note that the pool heater is
temporarily out of service while we wait for a replacement part. The water temperature was 80
degrees as of yesterday afternoon. The kiddie pool heater is functioning properly.
• The Grand Point pool is open and ready to enjoy.
• The Bittersweet pool will open for the season on May 23rd, as scheduled.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. Please rest assured that we are
making every effort to resolve these issues as quickly as possible so everyone can enjoy a safe and
fun pool season.

We are aware that the two elliptical machines at the fitness center are currently out of order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we are actively working on getting them repaired or replaced as soon as possible to ensure that you have access to fully functional equipment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate your continued support and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
