Update on Four Seasons POA Aquatic Center Project

The Four Seasons POA Board would like to provide a brief update on the status of the Aquatic Center Project.

The Board would like to notify its members that it has ended its relationship with the General Contractor tasked with completing the Aquatic Center Project. The Board became aware of potential wrongdoing and other improprieties being committed by the General Contractor, and upon further investigation, decided to immediately terminate the contractual relationship between Four Seasons POA and the General Contractor. The Board has filed suit against the General Contractor and intends to exercise all legal remedies available to rectify the situation.

The Board has continued taking the necessary steps to complete the Project as soon as possible under the circumstances, including working directly with subcontractors, and plans to deliver an Aquatic Center up to the standards and expectations of its members.
