The POA office needs your current contact information for our records. It is your responsibility to make sure the information we have in your file is up to date.
Your name, address, phone, email address and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence.
We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Have you dropped your land line or changed your home phone number?
We can also contact you through email if you provide us with a current email address.
This information could be very valuable in the event of an emergency.
