Property Identification Plaques

Objective: To provide all property owners within the Four Seasons POA the ability to identify their property.

The property identification process is as follows:

HOMES: A Property Identification Plaque may be affixed to the trash enclosure located on a developed lot. The Property Identification Plaque shall be exactly 6”x 8” with a beige background and 2” black lettering, which shall identify the subdivision and lot number. It may also have a QR Code located at the bottom in the center of the plaque. The QR Code may only be utilized by the owner to provide contact information, selling price, realtor information and lot size. If the lot is for sale, then a red triangle may be placed in the upper right hand corner of the plaque. The Board may establish rules and regulations governing the Property Identification Plaques for developed lots as necessary.

LOTS: A Property Identification Plaque may be posted on an undeveloped lot by affixing it to a 40” black stake, which shall be located approximately 10’ from the roadway and at the center of the lot. The Property Identification Plaque shall be exactly 6”x 8” with a dark green background and 2” beige lettering which shall identify the subdivision and lot number. It may also have a QR Code located at the bottom in the center of the plaque. The QR Code may only be utilized by the owner to provide contact information, selling price, realtor information and lot size. If the lot is for sale, then a red triangle may be placed in the upper right hand corner of the plaque. The Board may establish rules and regulations governing the Property Identification Plaques for developed lots as necessary.

Signs may be purchased from any sign company you choose as long as the sign is designed to the POA’s specific standards.  Identification signs that do not meet the approved standards will be removed by POA Owners Services.
