Saturday, June 20th, starting at 6:00 p.m.

The annual POA Block Party is scheduled for Saturday, June 20 at 6:00 p.m. The theme this year is “Dancing in the Streets.” We are planning an old fashioned street dance with a hula hoop and limbo contest, root beer floats, bounce house, hot dogs, hamburgers, watermelon and lots and lots of dancing! 

The rain date for this event is scheduled forJune 27.

The Four Seasons Lakesites Property Owners Association, Inc. encompasses approximately 7,200 properties with over 2,000 single-family homes, some multi-family residences and several associate communities consisting of both condominium and town home units. The community of Four Seasons spans over 9,000 acres and there are over 143 miles of roads within the association.

The Board of Directors has a mission: 'To act as an objective body while maintaining and enhancing property values, representing property owners by enforcing the 'Declaration of Restrictive Covenants' and being financially responsible, all in the best interest of the community'.

We've put our association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of Web site services and opportunities to share ideas and information; get news and announcements; access an online resource center for important association documents and forms; join discussion forums; and much more.
