Architectural Control Committee

Administrative Staff:

The Four Seasons Lakesites Property Owners Association, Inc. Architectural Control Committee (ACC) governs the permitting and oversight of all construction projects within the POA.

The ACC has developed guidelines for all construction projects and reviews all applications for construction within the POA. Many projects only require administrative approval, while larger construction projects require submittal to the ACC for approval.
